How long will my order take?
Everything is made by hand to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for making, then Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2–3 working days. Christmas gets busy, so order early for festive pieces.
How much is postage?
UK postage is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and free on orders over £50. At the moment we only post within the UK.
How long can a name be?
Up to 12 letters. Longer names and short phrases are often possible too, so just email to ask. Please double-check spelling before ordering, because every sign is made exactly as typed.
Can I have a colour that isn’t listed?
Usually, yes. Email hello@lunarosecreations.shop before you order and Kate will let you know what yarns are available.
How do I look after my piece?
Keep it dry and away from direct heat. Dust it with a soft brush or a cool hairdryer. Knitted signs have a wire core, so gently reshape them if they get knocked. Please don’t wash them.
Are they safe for children?
The knitted signs and shapes are decorations, not toys, because they contain wire. Display them out of reach of babies and young children.
Can I return an item?
Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as ordered. Non-personalised items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. See the terms for details.
