Terms and returns

These terms apply to orders placed on lunarosecreations.shop, run by Kate Canning trading as Luna Rose Creations.

Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. All prices are in pounds sterling. Everything is handmade, so small variations in shape and colour are part of the charm and not a fault.

Making and delivery

Items are made to order, which takes 5–7 working days. We post within the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.95, free on orders over £50. If anything goes missing in the post, email us and we'll sort it out.

Personalised items

Names, initials and messages are made exactly as you type them, so please check spellings before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email hello@lunarosecreations.shop straight away and we'll do our best to change it before making starts. Personalised items can't be returned unless they're faulty or not what you ordered.

Returns

For non-personalised items you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them. Email us first, then return the item unused within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us with a photo within 14 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Safety

Knitted signs and shapes contain wire and are decorations, not toys. Keep them out of reach of babies and young children.
