Privacy policy

This site is run by Luna Rose Creations (Kate Canning). This page explains what personal data is collected and how it's used.

What we collect

When you order, we receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the items you bought (including any names or messages for personalisation) and an optional gift message. We use these only to make and post your order and to contact you about it.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Where it's stored

Order details are kept in our Stripe account and emailed to our inbox through our email provider (Resend). The website itself, hosted by Vercel, does not store them. We keep order records for six years for tax purposes.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@lunarosecreations.shop. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
